Meet The Founders
Architect Tax & Advisory is led by three founders whose roles are intentionally defined to ensure clarity in decision-making, technical accuracy, and consistent execution. Authority within the firm is not diffuse. When matters require judgment, interpretation, or carry meaningful risk, accountability is clear.
Each founder holds distinct responsibility within the firm, allowing work to move forward with coherence, discipline, and confidence as complexity increases.
Chanel Boxx
Strategic Tax & Advisory Leadership
Chanel Boxx brings more than a decade of experience in tax and advisory work, with depth across individual and business taxation and extensive exposure to complex areas including cryptocurrency, foreign reporting, and equity compensation.
Her authority sits upstream of execution. Chanel is relied upon when facts are incomplete, misaligned, or contradictory; when risk must be evaluated before positions are taken; and when decisions require judgment rather than checklist application. Work does not move forward in these situations without her involvement, because the decision itself must be clearly defined before execution begins.
Over time, her role has evolved from supporting execution to shaping decisions early, preventing downstream errors, inefficiencies, and client disruption. She is consistently engaged when patterns emerge across returns, workflows break down, or issues require careful analysis and resolution.
Within Architect Tax & Advisory, Chanel owns tax strategy and advisory direction, judgment standards for tax positions, and escalation of complex or high-risk matters. She is accountable for ensuring that tax advice remains consistent over time, defensible under scrutiny, and aligned with each client’s broader financial reality.
Her role is ongoing rather than transactional. Clients experience this as continuity, confidence, and fewer surprises.
Joshua Levine
CPA & Financial Integrity
Josh is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed since 2012, with continuous accounting and financial practice dating back to 2003. His work spans tax compliance and planning, entity structuring, financial statement oversight, and advisory support related to lending, real estate, and retirement decisions.
He operates across bookkeeping, tax, and advisory by design. Josh is consistently relied upon where accuracy and defensibility matter most, including financials prepared for investors or lenders, tax treatment decisions requiring interpretation, and evaluations of accounting methods and entity structures.
His authority is exercised early, where financial structure determines the quality of both compliance and advisory outcomes. He identifies and corrects issues before they harden into filings, addressing misclassification, method misalignment, and data integrity concerns that originate well before compliance begins.
Decisions land with Josh when financial data must withstand external scrutiny, when tax positions carry risk, and when reporting requires consistent support. He is accountable for the accuracy of financial records, compliance correctness, defensibility of tax positions, and the reliability of data used in advisory decisions.
Within Architect Tax & Advisory, Josh owns CPA oversight, bookkeeping integrity, and financial accuracy standards. His role ensures that decisions are built on accurate information rather than assumption.
Brittnee Woodard
Operations & Client Experience
Brittnee Woodard leads the firm’s operational execution and client experience architecture. Her role focuses on designing and maintaining the systems that allow strategy and technical expertise to translate into consistent, reliable service.
She owns system selection, configuration, and management across the firm, along with workflow design, client onboarding, and communication structure. When processes become unclear, execution loses continuity, or the client experience risks becoming fragmented, responsibility routes through her to restore clarity and alignment.
Brittnee is relied upon when growth, change, or complexity exposes gaps in how work moves from intake to completion. She ensures that technology, workflows, and communication remain aligned so clients experience a steady, predictable process at every stage.
Within Architect Tax & Advisory, she owns how work progresses and how clients experience the firm from first contact through delivery. If execution becomes inconsistent or the client experience loses cohesion, it is her responsibility to correct it.
Her operational philosophy is grounded in the belief that dependable service is created by clear systems, and that confusion is a design problem rather than a personal failing. Her role ensures the firm operates with steadiness, clarity, and follow-through as complexity increases.
Shared Commitment
Together, the founders of Architect Tax & Advisory bring complementary authority across strategic judgment, technical certainty, and operational execution. Their roles are intentionally distinct, and accountability is clearly defined.
This structure allows the firm to operate with clarity, consistency, and discipline, while supporting clients as their financial needs evolve over time.
